Victor Oluwafemi Adebanjo

Victor Oluwafemi Adebanjo is a dedicated Psychology student at the University of Lagos who is passionate about understanding human behavior and solving real-world problems. He brings a practical mix of grassroots operations, teaching, and digital media skills to the NGO space. While working as a sales representative for the retail company Chop-rite, Victor showed a strong sense of initiative by creating a door-to-door retail delivery system for local sellers, which successfully increased the branch's daily gross sales by 30%. His creative leadership also extends to the classroom; while working as a teacher at St. Morris International School, he stepped outside his standard role to launch a student filmmaking club and direct a student-led film titled JOB. Grounded in his desire to create a positive social impact, Victor actively commits his time to supporting non-profits in Lagos. He currently serves as a Fundraiser and Event Operative for the Life After Abuse Foundation (LAAF) and handles video editing and social media content creation as a Media Volunteer for The Blessings Foundation
