Lydia Jesutofunmi Adeladan

Lydia Jesutofunmi Adeladan is a Lecturer in the Department of Psychology, Faculty of the Social Sciences, University of Ibadan, Nigeria, and a Certified Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) Practitioner. Her research focuses on health-related quality of life, mental health, neurodevelopmental disorders, caregiver well-being, adolescent development, workplace well-being, and evidence-based psychosocial interventions.
Lydia J. Adeladan has published in reputable peer-reviewed journals and presented her research at national and international conferences. She serves as the Emerging Scholar Representative on the Governing Council of the Society for the Study of Emerging Adulthood (SSEA) (2025–2029) and is an active member of several professional organisations, including the American Psychological Association (APA), Nigerian Psychological Association (NPA), African Lifespan Developmental Practitioners(ALBDP), the International Society for Quality of Life Studies (ISQOLS), and the International Society for the Study of Behavioural Development (ISSBD). She is committed to advancing research, teaching, and community engagement to improve mental health and quality of life.
