Jennifer Namutebi

Jennifer Namutebi is a Ugandan psychologist, researcher, consultant, and lecturer at Nkumba University, Uganda. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, a Master's degree in Business Psychology from Makerere University, a Master of Science in Digital Education from the University of Edinburgh, and a PhD in Psychology from the University of Johannesburg, South Africa. Her research interests include positive organisational psychology, workplace well-being, digital education, and the psychology of learning, particularly the use of digital games and play to enhance learning and human development. She has participated in several international collaborative research projects and is passionate about generating evidence that informs practice and contributes to healthier workplaces, more effective learning environments, and flourishing individuals and communities. Jennifer also serves as Vice President and Africa Representative of Division 15 (Early Career Psychologists) of the International Association of Applied Psychology (IAAP). At the Unique Mind Foundation, she contributes as a Research Scientist, advancing evidence-based research to support mental health, well-being, and human development.
