Fatih Akyuz

Fatih Akyuz, Hungary/ Türkiye Fatih Akyüz, originally from Türkiye, PhD candidate in Psychology at Eötvös Loránd University, Budapest. I study how young people living abroad form and negotiate romantic relationships, the challenges and support they encounter, and the role of cultural backgrounds and values in these processes. I am passionate about understanding how life abroad expands our ways of being, acting, and relating, and how these experiences affect the need for affiliation, intimacy, and well-being in today’s interconnected world.
